If you are looking for a different approach to bodywork in the Saint Cloud area you have come to the right place! I have been crafting my touch and experience for years and have worked in both sports and chiropractic settings. Bodywork has greatly increased my quality of life and I am honored to share this gift with you and those around me.

Rebalancing
Rebalancing is a bodywork style I recently learned in the Costa Rican jungle! Rebalancing integrates rocking, joint release, and connective tissue work to “reset” and bring awareness to the body. This bodywork style emphasizes the relationship between emotions and your body. If beneficial, I will incorporate inner body dialogue, Gestalt, or check-ins giving space to the emotional voice of your body. Rebalancing works best as a series of 10 2 hr sessions scheduled every 7-14 days. This series will unwind your body from the bottom up emotionally and physically. Each session is specifically designed to release a different section of the body. For example, the first two sessions are all on our legs and they pertain to grounding. Come try a customized 90 minute session and I’ll show you what I learned!

Swedish/Relaxation Massage
My Swedish massage is an exceptionally relaxing and unique therapeutic blend of acupressure, shiatsu, lymphatic work, gentle stretching and long kneading strokes. Swedish Massage effectively manipulates the soft tissues of the body to restore function, release tension and relax the body and mind. This massage is a safe bet for children and those who have an aversion to deep work.

Structural Massage
This massage is not your typical deep tissue massage. First, I release/”open up” the front of the body to take pressure of the back. Second, I pinpoint specific deep muscles to straighten your posture. The goal of structural massage therapy is to relieve pressure on the spine. This deep tissue technique integrates effective connective tissue work and can include thorough stretching of deep, supporting muscles. Best for those who need and can appreciate long-term results, have chronic pains and imbalances, or are recovering from car accidents.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is a fun one! It is more rigorous and energizing then classic forms of massage. I will use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. This massage is for those who want to stay clothed for their session, want to try something different, suffer from osteoporosis, and want to increase flexibility.

Essential Oil Raindrop Technique™
I enjoy this therapy myself when balancing and/or detoxification is needed. The essential oils effectively penetrate your body’s energy systems, pull out some toxins, and realign your being. Raindrop Technique is based on the theory that many types of scoliosis and spinal misalignments are caused by viruses or bacteria that lie dormant along the spine. These pathogens create inflammation, which in turn, contorts and disfigures the spinal column. Raindrop Therapy integrates massage using the power of essential oils to bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment and simultaneously reduce inflammation and kill viral agents (from the Essential Oil Desk Reference).

Chair Massage
Allow me to take care of your employees so they take care of you!! On location chair massages are a great way to help you and your colleagues or employees relax and recharge. Chair massages are a quick way to reduce stress and muscle tension in the middle of a long day or work week. Chair massages enhance creative thinking, decreases blood pressure, and raise your level of awareness. Many businesses utilize this tool to increase employee productivity, help promote a positive work environment, and increase the health of their employees. On-site chair massage is great for special occasions too, such as, spa/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, wellness events, and employee appreciation days.
